Like A Boss, Inc. was founded in 2021 with a commitment to creating meaningful pathways to education, employment, and independence.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer Rhonda L. Wilson brought years of experience in workforce development, supported employment, disability services, career counseling, job placement, and youth development to the organization. Through that work, Like A Boss was built around a simple belief: young people deserve more than information about their future—they deserve the tools, experiences, support, and opportunities to build it.

What began as a career-development organization has grown into a broader workforce and youth-development organization serving youth, young adults, individuals with disabilities, families, schools, employers, and community partners. Like A Boss offers career exploration, workforce readiness training, mentoring, leadership development, work-based learning, employment preparation, and transition support, designed to help participants build confidence, develop practical skills, and move toward greater independence.

Today, Rhonda L. Wilson, Founder & CEO, and Christopher L. Wilson, Chief Operating Officer, lead Like A Boss as it continues to expand its programs, partnerships, and community impact. Together with schools, employers, workforce agencies, families, and community organizations, Like A Boss is working to remove barriers, create opportunities, and strengthen the connection between young people and their futures.
