Like A Boss, Inc. provides innovative programs and supportive services designed to help youth and young adults develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed to succeed in education, employment, entrepreneurship, and life.

Join us for our

In-Person Career Camps,
 Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter Breaks!

Discover exciting education and career opportunities across various industries with our engaging in-person career camps. Experience hands-on activities, site tours, and field trips , all while gaining insights from industry leaders. Our program also includes an immersive Virtual Reality training experience, designed to provide a comprehensive view of career options.

Students aged 14-21, who are in school with an IEP or 504 plan or have a documented disability, qualify for this program

Like A Boss Athletics

🏆 Like A Boss Athletics (LABLETICS)
An inclusive athletics initiative for individuals with intellectual challenges who have a passion for sports—building teamwork, discipline, physical wellness, and self-confidence.

Boss Talk

🎙️ Boss Talk
A safe space for students to talk, interview each other, conduct outside interviews, connect, network, and work with industry professionals to explore real-world opportunities.

Music is My Therapy

Using music therapy-informed programming, content creation, and production engineering to inspire creativity, build confidence, and promote emotional well-being.

Employment & Transition Services

Employment Services

Job training, placement assistance, job coaching, workplace accommodations, advocacy, and ongoing support.

On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Hands-on opportunities that allow individuals with disabilities to earn competitive wages while developing skills in an integrated workplace.

Pre-Placement Training

A 20-hour course covering communication, teamwork, work ethic, self-confidence, résumé development, interviewing, job-search techniques, and career exploration.
