Our Services
In-Person & Virtual Career Camps
Available four times a year: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter
Learn about the education and career opportunities in a variety of industries. Enjoy these in-person career camps with hands-on activities, site tours, field trips to worksites, and information from industry leaders. This program is structured as an immersion experience and will cover an array of career opportunities within each area’s selected field. There will be a certificate of completion to all students who complete the program.
*Students ages 14-21, in school with an IEP or 504 plan or a documented disability are eligible to participate.
Other Services Provided
Employment Services
We offer assistance with job training, job placement, and support to help individuals find and maintain employment. These services can be tailored to individual needs and may include job coaching, workplace accommodations, and advocacy.
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
We provide opportunities for individuals with a disability to work with an employer to earn a competitive wage while learning skills beneficial to future employment. With hands-on training OJT helps individuals develop the skills needed to succeed in their chosen careers while interacting with colleagues without disabilities.
Pre-Placement Training
A 20-hour course where job seekers will practice valuable skills such as communication, teamwork, work ethic, and self-confidence. Training on job search techniques such as resume building, interview preparation, and career exploration give the job seeker a competitive edge as they enter the job market
